All that sparkles (by Zoe)

Hi I'm Zoe and I'm very excited to be a new member of this fabulous and innovative team, I am 53, live on the South East coast of Kent and I've been paper crafting for about 17 years. I have to say stamping is my passion. I love colour and hope that I will bring something a little different to the team.

However, I like the "less is more" approach  sometimes too, which brings me to the samples I've produced for you today using the new Sparkling Trees set.

My first card is very simply stamped twice with a Versamark inkpad and heat embossed using a Gold embossing powder. I added a little ink around the flat design just to give it some dimension.

For the second card I stamped image then fussy cut the star and decoupaged and added some blobs of glitter glue in red, gold and green. I then built up my die cut layers, the top layer is on foam pads, The sentiment is from Christmas Flourish set which was also heat embossed and raised on foam pads.

Well that is my first post, I will be back later in the month with some more samples. In the meantime please come back soon to see more fabulous designs from my fellow team mates.

  12. The watercolourbackground is lovely! I so love the colour and the unigueness of such backgrounds. It fits the tree and the bubbles on the border very well, and the text and tinsel finish it perfectly. The second card is one I couldn't make - there would surely be a smudge somewhere! Love the glitterglue blobs and how they complement the dots of the die cut. Thanks for sharing :)
