Love the blue and white border on the right in contrast with the red :).
The inka wax looks great, might need to look out for some too. Love how you matched the top with the bottom of the card - different techniques and products but it matches really well! And on top of that, also a matching stamped image.
Thanks for sharing :)
Debbie / DaqaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3240263410619195419.post-63894736507137404612014-11-20T21:46:35.956+00:002014-11-20T21:46:35.956+00:00Your cherry card really caught my eye with the lov...Your cherry card really caught my eye with the lovely way your the texture of your red ribbon is echoed by the texture of the background stamping. Your matching of the red card, ribbon & the red of the cherries is delightful - not easy to do successfully. My favourite part though is that vine up the right side - the blue & white is so pretty & I love how your 'white space' is placed centrally right according to the Rule of Thirds - where one might expect the focal image to be paradoxically. In your second card your large & small polka dotted textured backgrounds echo the circular pattern formed by the individual seeds of the stamped berries superbly & thanks for the colour tip.
Paula (PEP)Paula (PEP)https://www.blogger.com/profile/17869890939386052501noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3240263410619195419.post-40334514583320860722014-11-20T17:14:48.586+00:002014-11-20T17:14:48.586+00:00Beautiful cards Miranda!Beautiful cards Miranda!mazhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07780509498605239547noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3240263410619195419.post-92120745818298082102014-11-20T13:12:17.085+00:002014-11-20T13:12:17.085+00:00Lovely! I love the mix of stamps in the first one all on that vivid red which works beautifully. The second with different scraps drawn together with complementary inks and embossing is a joy. xPathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02889103826921393113noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3240263410619195419.post-67185520102700825862014-11-20T09:52:34.640+00:002014-11-20T09:52:34.640+00:00Super samples Miranda. That is also one of my favorites but I would never have thought to put them with the fruit stamps and yet they are perfect together. The design and texture on your second card is stunning.
