A thicker card works better for me. A thinner card stock may take a couple of "swishes" in the ink and drying off between layers.
Flo xxFlo Langleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06836584106396999550noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3240263410619195419.post-19726763330022314472015-03-25T22:01:20.025+00:002015-03-25T22:01:20.025+00:00Hello Florance, what wonderful cards, I love your ...Hello Florance, what wonderful cards, I love your fabulous colours and images, your backgrounds are teriffic and the ladybug spinner is brilliant, Kate xcuilliesockshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07368305987539574992noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3240263410619195419.post-66815237681089566282015-03-25T20:00:33.491+00:002015-03-25T20:00:33.491+00:00All three cards are gorgeous Florence and shows th...All three cards are gorgeous Florence and shows the versatility of them. I do love the die cut alarm clock used as a frame in the first, and the second has that unusual spinner idea, and the third is quite simple but so effective. I love the acrylic block watercolour backgrounds and the beautiful watercolouring of the tulips and bird. The masking fluid is a great idea. xPathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02889103826921393113noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3240263410619195419.post-36442629093711676782015-03-25T18:28:19.589+00:002015-03-25T18:28:19.589+00:00These are all lovely, I love the backgrounds . The mauve of the tulips is beautifully set off by the greens & I particularly like the way your scalloped edges of the ladybird panels echo the serrated petals of the tulips. The background technique is such a versatile one.
Paula (PEP)Paula (PEP)https://www.blogger.com/profile/17869890939386052501noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3240263410619195419.post-31107954199181029962015-03-25T09:33:31.600+00:002015-03-25T09:33:31.600+00:00These are beautiful Florence.
