Good morning, friends. Christmas is just around the corner. Oh yes it is! Tomorrow is Advent Sunday and what better excuse to share a festive make with you featuring the brand new Mr Robin stamp.

I know Mr Robin is a red breasted chap but I decided to give him a red coat this Christmas instead. So here he is, proudly perched on a mince pie. I coloured him him alcohol markers and used texture paste to add wintery interest to the background. And don't forget lashings of glitter and shine... it is Christmas after all!

Good morning, Claire here with a card featuring one of the new stamps called Mr Robin, I adore robins and mince pies so this stamp is going to be one of my all time favourites.

I stamped the image and coloured it with Lyra Polycolour Pencils. I inked around the image using distress inks (Pine Needles and Festive Berries) and then added a little distressing with Gathered Twigs. I stamped and embossed a holly border using one of the little stamps from Family Christmas with versamark ink and used a chunky embossing powder, and then added a sprinkle of gold frantage powder. I stamped the sentiment and added a bow topped with a little button and some twine to finish the card.

Krafty Mr Robin (by Judith)

Hello everyone, I have a quick Christmas card to share with you today, using one of the new single Christmas stamps, Mr Robin.

I stamped and embossed the image onto a piece of kraft card using white embossing powder, and painted it using Brushos and a waterbrush. I edged the card with Peeled Paint Distress Ink.

I had the background piece of card left over from another project, already coloured with Brushos, and I simply stamped the holly image from the Holly Script stamp set over the background using the same colour Distress Ink as before.

I attached some red ribbon to the background before assembling the card, and used some green card as a base layer.

Xmas Robin card (by Magda) - Mr Robin Single Rubber stamp

I think it is useful to have a pocket money card always ready.
This project is a simple way to fold a cardstock and as decoration, I used the new Mr Robin Single Rubber Stamp.

1. Cut a white A4 cardstock 29.5cms x 17cms
2. Stamp Mr Robin Single Rubber Stamp with Versafine Onyx Black on the upper middle part on the right of the cardstock
3. Stamp Mr. Robin again on a piece of paper, cut the outline and mask the stamped image of point 2
4. Colour the white cardstock with Distress Paint salty ocean  and let it dry
5. Put some drops of DecoArt Antiquing Cream - Titanium White on the salty ocean background and move the cream with a brush irregularly over the surface and let it dry
6. Put randomly less drops of DecoArt Antiquing Cream - Patina Green  on the white layer and move the cream with the brush as before
7. Remove the mask and colour Robin, the mince pie and the holly with Distress Ink Pad
8. Colour here and there with the brush using Stickles gold to give a nice light all over the cardstock
9. Fold the bottom of the cardstock in order to have a pocket of 5cms and glue the edges.
10. Fold the in the middle the project, and punch a hole on the right for the red ribbon
11. Prepare a mat of 10.5cms x 12cms and repeat points 4, 5 and 6  
12. Cut a white card 9.5cms x 11.5cms
13. Stamp with Versafine Onyx Black only the holly of the Mr Robin Single Rubber Stamp and colour it as before at point 7
14. Glue the card on the mat and put some Stickles gold on it
15. Stamp on a white cardstock "Merry Christmas" sentiment of Fat Robin Rubber Stamp, and glue it on the folded part .

Christmas Time! (by Julie)

Hello and welcome. Have you started your Christmas cards or are you a bit last minute like me? Well today, I have two Christmas card ideas to get you in the mood, made with the fantastic new stamps that Chocolate Baroque have just released.

My first card is made with Vintage Postbox. It is a versatile stamp as after it has been coloured (I used polychromos pencils) you can choose to add snow or leave it plain. As Christmas is in mind I chose to add the snow with a white paint marker and added sprinkles of glitter...

I used an oval die, to cut the image out before applying double-sided tape on the reverse edges so that the red ribbon could be securely attached.   

The base card has been stamped with the snow flakes from Seasonal Fragments and lightly coloured with Broken China Distress ink.

My second card is a very cute Robin, sat on a tasty mince pie. I decided that this lovely Mr Robin would look good on a piece of parchment. I really am no expert (as you can probably see...lol) when it comes to parchment but the lovely clear drawing of this Robin makes it very easy to stamp and emboss onto parchment.

I inked the Robin up with Picket Fence Distress ink and then went over the stamped image with a 

3 mm ball tool. I added colour on the reverse with Distress Crayons and blended them with a cotton bud that I moistened with a baby wipe. Once dry I attached the parchment to the base card with double sided tape around the edges. I decided to hide the tape with a handy die cut frame that I embossed with a snowflake embossing folder.
The base card was stamped with the snow flake from Last Minute Christmas and the card was finished off with a piece of gold elastic, threaded with a few decorative beads.
