Imagine the possibilities (by Brenda Weatherill)

This month Brenda makes a return to us with her wonderful look at Chocolate Barqoue stamps. This week she has a beautful and subtle project for you, which is so fresh looking, so I shall hand it over to Brenda.

Good morning, I am really pleased to be back again for another Guest Designer stint.

I am a big fan of Brusho’s and love any Nature inspired images so had a lovely play.....ooops,  work......session with this lovely image from the Chocolate Baroque Autumn Poppy set  and Words of Inspiration set.

I started with a piece of Fabriano 600gsm hot press watercolour card, saturated it with water and sprinkled on Brusho’s Terracotta, Orange and Sea Green to the top half of the card and then twisted it around to get the colours to run down the card. Once dry I stamped the Physalis Franchetii (Chinese Lantern) image along with one of the sentiments from Words of Inspiration.

The floral husks have been painted with the same colour Brushos and then covered with Glossy Accents. When completely dry the piece has been matted and layered with coordinating cardstock.

More details over on my own blog along with another card using the June Fairy stamp set.

Thank you so much for taking a peek at my card today, I will be back again next week.

Brenda

Looking forward to seeing what you have in store for us next week Brenda. Thank you for a great start to your second phase of Guest Designer posts.

If this has inspired you then please call back again to see more posts from our regular Design Team as they meander their way through our back catalogue of stamps to celebrate our birthday month.
