Well done to our November winner

Last month I announced that I would be doing a different kind of blog giveaway based on asking each DT member to pick their favourite comment from the month.  I would then put the list into the random number generator choose one person to win a £20 gift certificate.
So the girls duly sent me their choices and the outcome was actually unanimous - they had all chosen comments by the same person!
So I'm delighted to announce that Paula (PEP) is this month's voucher winner!!
Congratulations Paula - we all really appreciate you taking the time to leave such thoughtful and detailed comments.  You win £20.00 to spend on stamps of your choice from the Chocolate Baroque stamp range (clear or rubber).  I will be in touch with the details.
We are going to continue with this, so please take a moment when you read any of our blog posts to just leave a little word or two of praise or encouragement - it really helps the girls to feel valued and stimulates them to keep on exercising those creative muscles to bring you fresh inspiration.  Who knows, it could be you winning the voucher at the end of December!

Announcing Winners!

hi everyone

I don't know where the last month has gone, but it's high time I announced the winners from this post back at the end of August.

So without further ado ... our winners are:

I just came here from Shirley's amazing blog, which is one of my absolute favorites. Her work with your stamps is so fabulous, and I just drooled over her cards using the new Halloween stamps. I love witch images, but that winged mouse is too cute for words!
Congratulations Shona - you win a Bewitched Moonlight set

Halloween ones are lovely, especially the candlestick, but the words would be so useful
Congratulations Veronica - you win the Nevermore set

Loving all the new stamps! I think the large word stamps would make super, elegant Christmas cards. Thanks for the chance to win some.
Well done Sandra, you win the Christmas words set.

I know we have some of you registered on our website already, but it makes it easier if you can just quickly send an email to us and confirm your full postal address.

Have fun ladies and don't forget to let us see any artwork you create with your winning stamps!

Winners!

I have two lucky winners to announce today.

Firstly, the winner of the Steampunk Butterfly stamp set is Jaime who is getting an early Christmas pressie!

Another brilliant steampunk set - that rose is lovely, I'm so glad it did get included! Steampunk, very definitely, but without the focus on cogs/watches that seems to overwhelm a lot of things. This is definitely going on my wish list for the new year (can't afford it before then or I'd be mugging the postman tomorrow!)

And secondly, the winner of our Christmas Sentiments set is Paula.

Goodness - there are such different & useful images on this Stamp of the Month set. That rose is quite something & I'm not surprised the DT have had fun with these. That big butterfly is a real gem. super selection of sentiments for Christmas too. Amazing that you managed to get them done for this year.
Thanks for doing a giveaway too & looking forward to seeing who the new addition is.
Paula (PEP)

Well done ladies - we have both of your details on file already so watch your letterbox for your prizes.

Just a quick reminder that today is the last day that Harlequin Christmas is our Stamp of the Week so there's still time to take advantage of the special price and free download that we are offering with it.  I'll be back later today with a new Stamp of the Week.

Surprise for Liz!

At the start of the month when we launched our Christmas stamps, I did make a passing reference at the end of the post to a giveaway.  I may have been too subtle because not many people responded, but we do have a winner.

Congratulations to Liz who wins one of the new Christmas stamp sets.

liz 19 August 2012 16:59

Hi Christmas is not a good time for me - my husband left me with three very small children and I could never afford much for presents. However now I've got grandchildren and a good job, I am trying hard to make it special again. I used to love Christmas when I was young with the presents round the tree and the excitement of what was in them. I was always the 'postman' and my children and grandchildren have carried on the tradition. I think tradition is the best thing about Christmas - that and giving. x

Hope our little prize makes the run up to Christmas a bit more fun too Liz.  Please can you get in touch with your details and we'll get your prize out to you.

Steampunkery Winner

Just a quick post to announce the winner of our Steampunkery giveaway is ....

Gill who left a comment on Judith's hinged ATC post on June 16th.

Congratulations Gill - please can you get in touch to let us know where to ship your stamps.

New stamps are being launched tomorrow, but due to a slight run in with Blogger's draft mode being more like daft mode, you might know that already!

Wait til you see them though - I'm biased of course, but they are beautiful....

Sunny Sunflower winner

I'm on the ball today and I'm delighted to announce the winner of our Sunny Sunflower stamps.  When her name came up I was delighted because she's a very worthy winner.

It's Margaret Iddon!!!

Margaret is hosting the Chocolate Baroque AlphaTag swap over on the Chocolate Baroque Forum and she is doing such a great job of managing the swap and photographing all the tags.  So much so, that I created a page here on this blog to show off the monthly collage photos she puts together of all the tags received.  You can see the tab at the top or click here to go take a look.

If you want to see each of the tags in more detail, you will need to sign up to the Forum.  It's completely free and once signed up, you can become a member of the 'Alpha Tag Swap' group.  The swap is closed to new members, but you can still see the photos and read the discussions as people share how they made their tags.

Congratulations Margaret - I will get your stamp set out to you today!

PS: We have more new stamps launching today!  Long story, but we had a real problem with the master plate for this one and had to delay the launch, but there are two sets and I think you're going to love them ...

PPS: I won't be blogging about them until next week, so make sure you are on our email list to be the first to see them (and find out about the Stamp of the Month offer).

PPPS: ... think steampunk ....!

Lace and Haberdashery Winners announced!

By random number generator, I'm delighted to announce our two winners who are:

Aquarius who wins the Lace Fragments set

These stamps really are 'ab fab' and as you say so on trend. Just love your little 'Etsy labels' too they would grace any hand crafted article.

and Sue's Crafty corner who wins the Haberdashery set

Oh wow, these are gorgeous. They have just found their way to the top of my wish list. Can't wait to see what the design team have made with them.

Sue x

Three lucky blog winners - are you one of them?

Well I did try to post this announcement last Friday, but Blogger bloggered me about so much I gave up in disgust. Sorry Blogger, but every now and then, something weird happens and the text and images were dancing and jumping up and down on the screen - enough to make my eyes ache.

Things seem to be back to normal now, so here goes with the winners. I used a random number generator and in no particular order, our winners are:

Dots Dabbles who wins Easter Traditions
Dots Dabbles Mar 17, 2012 03:20 AM I have been eyeing that cross off for ages...I first thought that you must have used alcohol inks on this card. It is a stunning card, love everything about it! Dot x
Glennis who wins Elegant Spring Flowers
Glennis Mar 17, 2012 11:15 PM The new stamps are amazing and as regards to your question on the last set, I think you should keep it in - it looks very useful, and I just love the flourish
and Paula who wins Elegant Crocus
Paula (PEP)Mar 17, 2012 03:44 AM These are real beauties of floral/script stamps with gorgeous stylized variations included. I've been hankering after a crocus stamp.........how ever did you know?? My mum was an ordained minister so I'm thrilled to see the traditional Easter stamps. I've loved Art Nouveau for a long time & though I have that little Birthday Swirls set I can see how useful it is - one of the very few large Happy Birthday stamps with some elegance where the Greeting can actually form the focus of the design. Paula (PEP)
Well done ladies - please can you contact me with your details and I will get your prize sent out to you.

Punky Romance Winner

I am WAY behind here, but only because we had a rush of orders to deal with and that's a good reason to be busy so I'm not complaining.  Things have settled down now, so I'm catching up with a very overdue job - picking a lucky winner of our latest stamp set, Punky Romance.

I have picked randomly from our followers and the lucky person is: Suzanne Czosek!  Congratulations Suzanne, please can you get in touch and we'll get your stamp set sent out to you.

We have new stamps coming out soon, so watch this space for more glorious artwork coming up.

Birdcage and Honey Bee winners plus another chance to win!

Thanks to everyone for your lovely comments on the Pretty Birdcage and Honey Bee stamps.  I have picked two winners completely at random from the comments and come up with:

Honey Bee goes to Shirls's Cards

and

Pretty Birdcage goes to Gini

Congratulations ladies, please can you get in touch and we'll get your stamps sent out.  Gini, I have your details already, so I'll put yours in the post today.

Now, if you're feeling like you never win anything, we have our final stamp set of 2011 just out.  It's called Punky Romance and it looks like this:

Perfect for Valentine's Day, anniversaries and weddings, but of course it has lots of versatility for Steampunk fans and is by no means limited to purely romantic kind of cards.

So I am giving you all another chance to be a winner, but this time I am going to pick a winner from our followers.  If you are not already a follower of this blog, you have two ways to become one.  If you look on the right hand side of the page you will see lots of tiny photos of people with a blue button above that says 'Join this site'.  Click on that button and follow the instructions to become a follower.  There are various accounts that you may already have that you can use, or simply create a new Google account and use that.

The second way of following is for Facebook users.  You can use Networked Blogs which you will find right at the bottom of the side bar on the right.

I will add together the followers from both widgets and pick a winner at random.  You have until January 4th 2012 as we are taking a break over the holidays.

Over the holidays, the girls will be blogging some artwork with this set and there's more to come with Honey Bee and Pretty Birdcage too.

So all that remains is for me to thank you all for your support this year and wish you all the very best for Christmas and a Happy New Year.  Hope Santa brings you lots of crafting goodies!
