Punky Lightbulb Flowers (by Shirley)

Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well.

I have another design using the gorgeous & fun Punky Flowers set.   This lightbulb flower design is just simply fun !

I used a piece of designer paper from my stash, added a little Distress Ink and distressed the edges for the background.  I stamped the cog fragment from the Steampunk Butterfly set with Walnut Distress Ink.  I coloured the light bulb flowers with Prisma Pencils and sprayed a little Sunshine Glimmermist around them.  I added a little shadow that does not show in the photo.     I reversed the colours to add to the quirky design.   The mini cogs are by Ranger.   I added some copper wire as the 'ribbon'.

Thanks for stopping by & have a great day !

  2. This is gorgeous Shirley, I love the quirkiness of these flowers, They look great against the background of cogs, and the wire is a great embellishment.

  3. That's a super glow around the bulbs & your reversal of the pink & green is great fun. The Walnut Stain stamping upon the green background is lovely & I like the way your use of copper helps to bring out the warmth & glow of the whole design (that may of course be your shadow which I believe I can just glimpse plus the Glimmermist).
