September's Stamp of the Month
September is here already and the start of the month means we have a new set of stamps for our Stamp of the Month.
This month it is an A4 set called Pears and Baubles, which features, unsurprisingly, pears and baubles!
There's also a couple of lovely trees, a mistletoe sprig and a really fun background fragment. Don't forget our Stamp of the Month is always at an introductory price for the first month - this set retails for £22.50 normally, but until the end of September you can get it for £18.98*.
The cards featured above were made by DT member Debbie and I just love the simplicity of the embossed image on the kraft card. It's hard to see in the photo, but she's used twinkly WOW embossing powders which look very sophisticated. I really can see this being a great idea for a production run, ideal for Christmas and a great way to use up all those scraps of pretty ribbon.
We have a set to give away to one lucky winner, so please leave a comment below to be in with a chance of winning. I'll do the draw in a week (next Monday) so you need to be quick this time!
And if you haven't already heard, we have something exciting coming your way this Thursday. Click here for a teaser and a list of ways to get involved.

Fabulous stamps as usual Glenda. Can see the pears done with gilding flakes. May have to buy them even though I already have lots of Xmas stamps.
ReplyDeleteLove the baubles and the way Debbie has used them. Even though I've already got enough Christmas stamps to stock a shop I can feel an urgent need coming on.

I've told myself I really don't need any more Christmas stamps, but after seeing these they've been added to my wish list. The cards that Debbie has made are so simple but so beautiful.

I too am struck by the beauty of the embossing onto kraft card & I love the way Debbie made each one a little bit different - reversing the colours of stamping & ribbon or altering the colour combination completely. I'm absolutely delighted with this set of stamps as I can see so many useful applications - & not just for Christmas.

I really like this set of stamps. They are so simple yet really ornate. Definitely on my wishlist. Another winner Glenda.

I love the simplicity of the card design, beautiful ornate baubles especially effective against the Kraft card. nothing extra is needed and it looks contempory and classic all at the same time if that's possible :D these stamps are going on my wish list too :D
ReplyDeleteBeautiful stamps (as always)! Hope I'm lucky enough to win a set.

I ordered this set, and cannot wait to get it, so I can play! So beautiful!
ReplyDeleteDebbie's cards are super - it's lovely to see some CAS samples. This stamp set has to be high on my wish list too; the pears would be a yummy addition to my ever-growing CB collection! Sarah x
ReplyDeleteThe Pears and Baubles are examples of truly classic design and I can see them being extremely useful not only for elegant Christmas cards but for design textures as well. I would count myself very lucky if I were to win. Thanks for the opportunity Glenda.
