between Christmas creations some Sunny flowers...!

Hello there,

Just between all those beautiful Christmas creations of my talented teamies I wanted to show some Sunny flowers and Pretty Poppies........the first one is just simple black stamping on the background to let the front image pop out! I embossed the decoupaged flowers with WOW brass embossing powder and coloured them with water based markers.

The 2nd card has been made with the Spring Distress colours, water and salt and with use of the sunburst emboss.folder from Tim Holtz. All embossed with WOW gold and coloured with waterbased markers.

And to show a different style with these stamps, I've been working on my first art-journal......the first three pages.....I've been using different Crafters too templates and some molding paste. Some of the flowers are decoupaged and attached with gel medium. The words are from the Artistic Affirmations and Expressions sheets. They are perfect for this work. There are many new and great masks on the website, so hopefully you will be inspired to have a play!

And here some of my Poppie creations......they are one of my favorite stamps at the moment.......made with the Summer distress inks and on the background a beautiful background stamp from the Dusky Damask sheet. I've used a new Creative border die from Crealies here, no.21.

and the 2nd one with the Poppies sheet.......the main image has been stamped onto a Spring colours distress background and on the black paper I've stamped with white ink and coloured with the Derwents. In combination with some of the new flowers and shapes from Crealies. You can also discover  some 'left over' leaves from the Sunny flowers......
Well, hope to have inspired you and I did put a lot cards at once so the team can show you lots and lots more Christmas creations!

Have a nice day and enjoy creating!

  2. A terrific showcase of what can be done with the different stamp sets & - I especially like the first one. It's the cleanness of the black & white with the colours for the focal image & framing that is so striking.
