Say Thank You With Flowers (by Julie)

Hello and welcome. Today I have four little notelets that I have created using the really pretty Floral Notes set. They are perfect little cards to send as a thank you for all the Christmas presents we will all hopefully, soon be receiving...

I started by folding 4 little A6 card blanks and then cutting a card topper from Kraft card for each of the 4 cards.

There are no tricky stamping techniques used in these cards. I just simply inked up the images with Tuxedo Black Memento ink and stamped onto the Kraft card.

The flowers have been coloured with Polychromos pencils and I used a white paint pen for the highlights and dots, along with a few dabs of Crystal Stickles for a touch of sparkle.

The Thank You sentiment was inked with Picket Fence Distress paint and I used a Picket Fence Distress crayon to give the background a softer feel. I just scribbled the crayon around the designs and then rubbed over with a baby wipe to blend the crayon into the Kraft card.
