dragonfly dreams (by veronica)

For my last post tjhis month I have used the beautiful dragonfly from fragile wings, and just for a change, not cards....

The coasters were created from circles of grey board, painted with gesso and then sponged with distress oxide inks. The dragonfly was stamped using black versafine ink, and once dry the coasters were covered using modge podge adhesive as a sealer. 

Went back to my favourite candles for the second sample. The whole image was stamped onto the smooth side of white tissue paper using black versafine ink, and painted on the rougher side using shimmer watercolour paints. Brush with water round the image, tear out carefully and heat set onto the candle.
