Good morning friends. Are busy crafting with your new Flowering Baroque Heart clear stamp? It really is so beautiful and versatile. I've decided to go mixed media with this image and paired it with a sentiment from the Words of Inspiration set.
I coloured the Flowering Baroque Heart with Faber Castell Polychromos, fussy cut and mounted it with foam tape. To create the background, I randomly glued pieces of patterned papers and knocked it back with a wash of light grey acrylic paint. A few leafy accents with Texture Paste ties in neatly with the floral theme of the focal image.
As always, more details on tools and products used are available on my blog. And be sure to stop by often for more fabulous projects by the rest of the team. Have a brilliant day!
Beijinhos,
Asha

This is lovely, the background is really fab.
ReplyDeleteThe heart is prettily coloured Asha and love the added texture with the paste through a stencil and the light grey acrylic paint gives a nice washed out look to the background which complements it beautifully. x
