I am sharing another sample made from the new stamps
that have just been released for February
Sketchy Doodle Flowers
I started by inking my card with Distress inks Spiced Marmalade, Broken China and Picked Raspberry, then sprayed some water through a circle stencil and after a few seconds dabbed it with some tissue . I then stamped my main image and the leaves with Black Arcival ink. I cut a piece off the top of my card to use for the sentment. I then matted this onto some white card to make it pop.xxx
What a fab background Doreen, it makes for a super vibrant card

Fabulous colours and a super fast card, great!
ReplyDeleteYour matting onto white really does catch the eye & the way you double matted the focal image onto black gives the whole design a very striking effect. The circle stencil ties in nicely with the circular details of the floral image & the vibrant inked background adds lovely interest.

Gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteReally beautiful vibrant colours Doreen and a great idea to spritz through a stencil and remove ink for the pattern. The stamped flower looks great on top with a simple sentiment. x
ReplyDeleteGreat those colours! A beautiful card; a little bit of sunshine on a card...
ReplyDeleteNice and bright. Love it. Love how you cut a piece for the sentiment to match your bg.
ReplyDeleteLove the use of the vibrant inks !
