Rachel here today with some inspiration from the November shows. Two cards I made using the very beautiful perfumery stamps - this first one was created using the Floral perfumery stamp. I created the background using distress oxides and used these also to paint the bottle and flowers in the stamped image. I alo did repeat stamping all over the background before ading a layer of hessian to set off the stamped image properly.
My second piece was largely inspired by Di's project from the Comfy Pyjamas Retreat. I used the same technique to create the image on the acetate and made the background using distress inks.

Two fantastic cards using these beautiful stamps Rachel, and love the pink and turquoise colours on the first with the pretty repeat stamping of the leaves in the background, and the hessian looks great, then that rather interesting look using the acetate..not sure how that works but it looks wonderful. x
