For the first card I coloured the stamp with marker pens, spritzed lightly with water and stamped onto white card. I used a water brush to pull out the colour on the flowers and leaves. A matching green mat and the sentiment stamped using the blue marker pen to finish.
The base card here was randomly stamped with parts of the image using grey distress ink and sponged round the edges to create a background.
Image stamped in black versafine ink this time and coloured with distress inks and a waterbrush.
Beautiful cards and a gorgeous candle xx
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! The candle looks amazing!
ReplyDeleteIt looks really special on the candle xx
ReplyDeleteTwo beautiful cards and a wonderful decorated candle using this beautiful Morning Glory stamp Veronica, and I love the spritzed marker technique on the first for a much more washy look and then the softer watercolour on the second using inks and a waterbrush, and the alcohol markers on the tissue paper look great on the candle. x
